Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team here and we will gratefully assist you. A refund or exchange will be applied under the following conditions:

- Refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.

- Any return after 14 days will be eligible ONLY FOR EXCHANGE within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

- Any return after the 30 days of the original receipt will be eligible only for issuance of store credit.

- Any return must be unused and in re-sellable condition. If the returned product is considered used, altered, damaged                (scratches, wreckage etc.) after a thorough inspection will not qualify for a refund or exchange and may be discarded.

- All returns will be examined and thoroughly checked by our Quality Assurance team before processing a refund.

- A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all quantifiable refunds except if the product is considered defective or due to a              shipping error.

- Shipping charges for returned items must be shouldered by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or the product is    defective.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable when crediting a refund.

- After being qualified for a refund, we will process a credit to your original payment method within three days of receiving      your return.

- Allow up to 2-3 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank account.

- Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Form here

- Print & include the Return Form and all original documents in the package.

- Your Return Form MUST accompany the return/exchange.

- If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend you to get a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee to receive your returned item.

- Mundo Tech Product is not responsible for any item that is not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
